The primer, written by a well-known journalist, Robin Wright, for the Tehran PBS bureau, is fine as far as it goes. The problem lies with how far it doesn't go and deal with all the controversial issues now surrounding the behavior of the the Shiite clerical-authoritarian regime at home and abroad.
